Returns

Changed your mind? You can return unworn, unwashed items with their original tags attached within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. Returns within the UK are free.

How to return

Email op+fernlow@tgen.limited with your order number and the items you would like to return. We reply within one working day with your free returns label and instructions.

Refunds

We refund to your original payment method within 5 working days of your return reaching us. Your bank may take a few extra days to show it. If you return your whole order within 14 days of delivery, we also refund the delivery charge you paid.

Exchanges

The quickest way to get a different size or colour is to return the item and place a new order, so the new size ships straight away.

Faulty or incorrect items

If something arrives faulty or is not what you ordered, email us with your order number and a photo. We will arrange a free return and a full refund or replacement.

This policy does not affect your statutory rights.
